COO
Brad is a co-founder of Alliance and runs the back-end operations and marketing to support the team in the field. His background is in business operations design and he holds an MS in Industrial Engineering.

Megan LaVigne
Office Manager
Megan coordinates the daily operations of the office and supports operations in the field. She is the integral link that makes sure things run smoothly and that project managers and superintendents stay focused on customers and builds.

Ron brings over 25 years of construction experience to the Alliance Team. He has done both ground up and tenant improvement projects. He has experience working in multiple states.
